Its just done 100k and older than the 10 year recommended replacement interval. I have locked the timing in place with cam and flywheel pins, marked the old cam belt up before I removed it so I could transfer to new belt. Then have a good old fashioned manual tensioner on the top idler. that runs on the outside of the belt. Or even a spring with a bolt on the inside, so instead of a direct clamping. eWe7p8.
