The FANG Center was my go-to for the 'Ghost Kill' trophy, if you come at it from the east then there are cliffs overlooking it that give you a great vantage point. You can get a few kills and then come back later so they respawn if you want. You also only need one kill for the trophy/achievement but five for the challenge. Also from another forum:
